difference between intel atom n270 and intel atom d410 - 15 July 2010 - I really can't see what the point of this processor is. At 10W TDP it seems to be pretty similar to the N270. It seems to have a faster system bus (but looking at the Intel website I can't see where I obtained this information). Perhaps the D410 is a ultra budget model aimed at the up-scaled graphics Netbook market?
What is Intel Dothan 353 +900MHz Processor (Celeron+M) compare to intel atom - i.e. What is the difference between the processor in the original eeePCs and the one used by the Acer Aspire One? - The N270
N720 - as far as in known, this is NOT a dual core Atom chip (just a typo! - a transposition of the 2 and the 7 in N270) - neither is the N280 - although some sales staff will tell you that it is and the Windows Task Manager shows 2 CPU graphs.
intel 900mhz vs atom n270 - this search makes no sense! Intel 9oo Mhz what? - probably the 353 Celeron is what they meant. In which case the Celeron runs hotter and slower.

The eeePC (700) has an Intel Celeron M ULV 353 900MHz - 512M L2 "KiB" cache [check on wiki page] --- Dothan-512 90nm - conflicting cache specs
The 700 (2G Surf) runs like a piece of toast! Even though the TDP is only 5W the fan doesn't shut off once it has switched on - battery life is nothing to shout about either!

The eeePC 1000 has the Atom N270, the eeePC 1000HE has an N280 (the a high capacity battery, the 1000HE is touted to have a 9.5hr operational usage)

Some queries have come through for the Z530 - this seems to be pretty similar to the N270 but the Thermal Design Power is 2W for the Z530 instead of 2.5W for the N270
