Step by Step Instructions for configuring DVD43 on a 64 bit computer - you DON'T need to do this is you are running Vista 32 or Windows 7 32 bit (note: most of the new systems (Feb 2010) are shipping with 64 bit o/s - as they have 4G of RAM or more.
