this is interesting for those downloading from p2p sites when they are
located in the UK. You want to stop Anti-P2P organization gaining access
to your computer but you still want (and are allowed to) access the BBC
iPlayer services. PeerBlock does NOTHING to protect you from detection
and prosecution for illegal file sharing - so you are better off not
using PG2 than looking for a list that allows the BBC servers.
