The home of 1Click DVD and other software
If you are reading this page you are probably aware of the fact that 1Click are in the business of selling refrigerators to the Eskimos (Inuit). You don't need their products to copy DVDs and you certainly don't if you were using another product such as DVD43 and find that it doesn't work on Windows 7 64 bit. DVD43 works perfectly well on a 64 bit computer in a Virtual Machine. A Virtual Machine is not only free, if you Windows 7 XP-Mode, but it is easy to setup.
The DVD43 Plug-In is supposedly a 64 bit solution to the problem with DVD43 not working with 64 bit systems. It is available, only, from the the DVD43 download site. 1ClickDVD are trying to make out that this is provided by an independant source.
The Software Innovations forum contains a number of posts from those trying to get DVD43 plug-in to work. Some have even called the dll a "fake" and that it does nothing. I cannot comment on whether it does or not but the source code that I downloaded with the plug-in certainly looked like it did nothing in the way of CSS decryption.

In a response to why there are no solutions posted on their forum suggesting that
iClick users use Windows 7 XP-Mode to run DVD43 and their software......
No, To the best of my knowledge
- Using the XP Mode does Not help - If Running W7 64 bit
If the Solution was as simple and easy - as just using the XP Mode
It would be PLASTERED all over this Forum
( and this thread would spontaneously cease to exist )
THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE! - DVD43 works just fine on Win7 64 bit in XP-Mode. In fact, you don't even need XP-Mode!
The moderator for the 1Click DVD forum is the one with no interest in promoting this method. They cannot use it to sell product.
I guess it depends on your definition of "simple and easy" - in any case those of us that have been using DVD43 in the past are accustomed to making configuration changes on our computers???
DON'T BELIEVE THIS NONSENSE! there is also an alternative for those that cannot run XP-Mode (as a lot of new PCs cannot run XP-Mode due to their processor and XP-Mode not avalable from a free download if you only have Windows 7 Home Premium [not Professional or Ultimate])
