Tempusfugit's online notepad

This is how this website started out (as a notepad that is). When Tempusfugit wanted to find out information, he would research it and post the results on a web page so that he could find it in the future.

A current example of this is the Interpretation of Microprocessor Specifications and what do terms like "HyperTransport" and "Virtualization Technology" mean?

The original format of this site was an attempt to make links to all the information and pages that make up this website. This was not possible, many attempts at various menu systems were tried.

The Modus Operandi that is used by TF using Google Notebook (in a cloud computing manner) is similar to what is being used to develop this website. A website offers more control over what is made available to a visitor and how it is formatted. As the website pre-dates Google Notebook different methods were used previously. Notes are made as information is found and then formatted to a webpage should it seem to be deemed appropriate.

In general webpages contain information that TF finds relevant to him - outgoing links are added to site that he would like to keep record of. These links are tracked using Google Analytics.

The fact that nobody seems to have read my pages on the fact that the Internet is less than perfect may be an indication that this view in not shared (or understood!)

As stated on the Reviews and Drivers pages the items you may be looking for may be located on any one of my monthly index pages. The design and layout of this website is purposely simple and lacks any form of monetization.

Some of the pages are not re-visited until there has been a significant interest in them. Some of the pages were composed when an initial interest was sparked on a topic and a page "thrown" together - the consequence of which is that the page is not complete and may not be logically linked to other parts of the website. By visiting them, Tempusfugit will have a better understanding of how to edit the pages so that they will become more useful to a wider audience.
