I have assisted many users in the last 10 years, including the IT departments of some large corporations.
Answers to questions that seem to hae got lost in the fog of the Lenovo/IBM/Thinkpad community forums.

I do not use the RR&R utilities for backup - the pages on this website explain why. However, there are still those that seem to be looking for information on the Lenovo backup and restore programs and many hits are still recieved by this website.

At lot of the pages that were on this website have been removed and re-written. This was due in part to the fact that they were irrelevant and out-of-date, and that the graphics that illustrated the pages lost their hosting server.
