A greater issue here is the level of content presented in this medium (YouTube and other on-line video portals. It seems that anything of merit, that draws on credible sources, is likely to be taken down for violation of DMCA rules.
It should be stated that whenever the Technology Muse accesses YouTube pages it does not take long for a feeling of disgust to develop. Normally the access is due to a level of curiousity about a particular subject - this subject (although it may be purile in itself) quickly degenerates into absolute Crap! Talk about lowest common denominator! Is this what the www is coming to?
Frankly, the Muse doesn't care about the immature who use the medium in an attempt to titilate. It is easy to see through this. However, one can't help associating other material with this, especially when it comes to the promotiong of services that allow you to watch TV broadcasts that are intended for a region that is not your own.
Apparently, using this medium exclusively to promote your business looks highly un-professional. I don't really understand the last one (7th March 2009), this is not even worth a link - even on my subscription pages. It is apparent that Lamnia, and associated parties, don't understand what a Shill is! As for blatent lies! I have never accused anyone of censoring what I have posted and posts removed from my blog were made as it was determined that the point could be made in a better way.
Just think, if a VPN came in a box - there would be a host of YouTubes that show the purchasers taking them out, setting them up and connection to the BBC. No - wait! that has already been done (somewhat - with no box) French electrical outlets and all......
